We import emerald green quartzite
from central Africa; the quarries adjoin the largest emerald mines
in the world.
It’s a very bright-coloured material (especially when wet)
and is resistant to all weather conditions, including frost (thanks
to its 80% of SiO2 it’s among the most durable stones).
Emerald green quartzite is available in “Opus Florentinum”
size (8/15 cm. wide, random lenghts) with natural cleft surface,
so is very suitable for external flooring and decorating. We provide
two mixed shades of green: MINT and SHAMROCK |
